Now the 'Cat has gone to its new home, I no longer need the rack.

Looks a bit like this, except it's black, and the brackets are dull plated:

Brackets mount on the pillion rest hanger and a clamp around the subframe (the rear plastic panels need to come off to fit the clamps, though there are no mods needed). Takes about 20 minutes all told, at a guess, most of which is faffing around with the grab handles to get the rear plastics off.

This shows it on the bike - apologies for quality, it's a scanned print:

Looking for £40 plus delivery - I could possibly bring to BC next weekend.

I may also be disposing of the Oxford Sports throwover panniers shown in the photo - if anyone's interested.

I've tried to send 3 messages bobh but none are showing up in my sent box. Would you please pm me with the total price inc postage, preferred method of payment, address etc?

Many thanks indeed....MB

Hello MB ,

When a PM is sent to another member on the forum, it stays in the senders out box until the recipient picks it up. It then moves to the sent box . . . Bit weird I know but it's quite useful when you get used to it, and you can tell the recipient has actually got the message left thumb up .

Cheers

Yes, but I was checking my messages at times yesterday, and there was (and still is) no sign of the earlier two messages.
