First topic message reminder :

  • Final lesson first thing
  • Passed Mod 2 around midday
  • Collected my new Cat early afternoon.
  • Sorted insurance and tax and just enough time for a wee ride before the rain came on.

Here she is.
Big day yesterday... - Page 2 Cat10

Wish I didn't have to be at work today...  Very Happy

Not with the cat's headlight you won't. Fit a Xeon bulb to make it better.

There's a few of us on here who are biking couples, (when we get chance too)

Brilliant....Well done FatCat.

Hopefully see you around soon mate.

Not sure how close to Troon we'll get on Wee Mac but we will be heading west at some point.
Be nice to meet you at lunch or maybe a for a bit of the ride if you fancy.

Cheers

That would be good, I'll keep an eye on the thread to see if any info on the route gets posted.

Easiest way I found to replace the is to take the screen off and inner clock surround out and loosen up the clocks to move forwards, then should be able to get to the bulb housing. Might be an easier way than that but that's been the easiest way for me.

The new bulbs make some difference it is brighter and slightly better on the road but still sadly due to the reflector will light up the hedges as the side of the road more than the road!

congratz, welcome, really nice looking Cat you have there.
as the others have said... doesn't matter how you ride as long as its safely, and you're comfortable....it all comes with time in the saddle .
and if you do get an opportunity, these are the best bunch of guys to ride with Smile
