Hi guys,

This is a long shot but...

I was looking for a thundercat recently but couldn't find one (in reasonable condition) anywhere near me at the time and so I ended up buying a ZZR600 as it was too good for the money. If anyone has/knows anyone who might want to do a deal with me for the ZZR as I'm finding it a little cramped for my height then please let me know!

Thanks

Paul

:( ...yeah but I had the intention to buy a thundercat! I didn't have a lot of time as needed a bike for my commute. I actually had a *ahem* burgman 400 after selling the pan (it was getting tired) which didn't work out (ended up in the garage) but that's another story...

The ZZR was a good buy with only 19,000 miles and in excellent condition for only £1500 (everything is expensive in the south)

Really want a thundercat again though, the ZZR is a cracking machine but more sports than sports tourer (pegs are too high)

It needn't be so expensive. You have an excellent network of contacts that stretch from your location right the way up to the top of Scotland . . . right here . . I have sent you a PM Smile

Thanks for your help Tel and Catnapper

I have contacted the guy on the Gumtree ad, so no await.

I'm in a tricky situation where I ideally need to do a swap/trade as I can't be without a bike as it's the only cost effective way for me to get to work as I'd have to use a park and ride if I took the car which costs a fortune when I can park at the back of my office on the bike! Plus the train is £550 a month Exclamation

Put mine up last year but no takers and as my riding/work buddy gave up do to his illness done a lot less miles this year.

Not after a swap just a sale £1,200 if you're interested mrfrance, I'm about 30 miles closer to you than the guy on Gumtree. Very Happy
If not then it will go in to hibernation  for winter.

Thanks mate, I've dropped the guy a message, although I'm sceptical about his ad.
