Rough running / lumpy

Well bike running fine, however just came home from lunch just now and it was running a bit lumpy fits and starts if that makes sense, left it for about 1 - 2 mins to warm up but do i need to leave it running a bit more that that before taking off or is it something else?

If your on about the choke... Then I leave mine full on until the revs raise up to around 3-4k then I drop it off to 1/2 choke so the revs drop to 2k (not accurate but higher than normal tickover.) I then ride to the tenfoot gate and turn the choke off. All this is done in less than 1 1/2 minutes.

When I initially got the bike I didnt realise how much you needed to pull the choke lever to ensure you had full choke on. Since I realised this it starts fine everytime.

cold day you have to watch out for carb icing runs likes its only running on 3 was it i used wyinn,s dry fuel to stop it there are others you can use too

If you have had it stored over winter? then fuel could have gelled, then as pete said, wynns or silkolines pro fst fuel add etc should solve it
