Wee Mac check in

Back home safe and sound after a tip top weekend. Headed down the A68, Alston, Hartside and over Shap. Stayed dry, but very windy!

Great fun as always and thanks to Ross, Dave, Davie, Mally and all the usual faces, as well as the new ones, for planning, ordering, cooking and just being there.

Chris and I got home about ! 00pm most enjoyable ride, but feeling a bit knackered now. Great thanks to Ross and DBD and everyone else for a great weekend, roll on B.C.

Ewan and I arrived home safely at 2.05 and Rob got back at 2.25.

Thank you very much to everyone for a great weekend as always. It was great to see the familiar faces and to meet the new guys.

We will hopefully catch up on the other rideouts this year and thanks again to Ross and Dave for organising and to everyone for chipping in to do the cooking and cleaning which is what makes these weekends work so well.

Good run home with Mally ,Euan and Ross after we went back to Billys to return his bike. Euan managed to rebuild Rosco's bike and it made it home.

Cath and I back about 6:00. Bike gear off, jeans on, dash to the shop for cider on the doorstep and curry to throw in the oven and we're in and settled.
Bloody lovely ride back, A68 cruising across Northumberland admiring the views, lovely sunshine, no wind, absolutely loved it!
Cath's grips lasted us all the way home. Tested them switched on when we got back, with the engine on they heat up in seconds. Still look like they're stuck so far but we'll wait and see.
Thank you all for the weekend, thank you Ross and DBD for running, thank you to all the chefs, thank you to all for the company.

Thanks for a great weekend from the Geordie Boys, abit wet and cold for us soft lads but we still had fun, and Mally your breakfast skills were spot on, thanks again to you all for making us feel welcome.
